The Bulldog Club of America’s (“BCA”) On-Line Breeder Referral Program is an opt-in member privilege created to assist potential puppy owners with making contact with BCA members who breed. BCA On-Line Breeder Referral Program participants are BCA Members in good standing bound to BCA’s Breeder Code of Ethics (see Breeder Code of Ethics). The BCA does have a Complaint process for allegations that a Breeder on this Directory has violated either the BCA's Code of Ethics or the BCA's Breeder Code of Ethics.
The BCA strongly recommends that all representations, promises, statements, warranties and guarantees made by either party be in writing.
Disclaimer: All information produced by the On-Line Breeder Referral program has been provided solely by the participants. Accordingly, the BCA does not accept any responsibility for the health, temperament or any other aspect of the dogs sold by the participants.
PLEASE NOTE: BCA does not become involved in resolving disputes between participants and their customers. However, the BCA will conduct an investigation into filed allegations that a listed breeder has violated either BCA's Code of Ethics or Breeder’s Code of Ethics for possible disciplinary action of the Breeder. A puppy purchaser desiring to file a complaint against a listed breeder must complete a Breeder Complaint Form and submit it to the Division Secretary wherein the Breeder resides.
